2 concrete pipe making machine
according to the difference of production technology, pipe making machine fall into three type: centrifugal type ,suspension roller type, vertical extrusion pipe machine.
(1)Product Introduction of Centrifugal type Concrete Pipe Machine
The machine takes sands, stones and cement as raw materials to produce many kinds of reinforced concrete drainage pipe with the length of 1000-4000mm, internal diameter of 200-4000mm with the mouth shapes of flat, tongue and groove and socket and spigot. All mechanical indexes have meet the national standards. They have been used widely in deep well, municipal drainage, expressway and other water supply and sewerage works with higher level required. The production efficiency can reach 4-5 piece/hour.
(2)Overview of Suspension Roller type Concrete Pipe Machine
Working Principle of Suspension Roller type Concrete pipe making Machine
This machine uses the Roller to support the concrete pipe mould, and produce the roller force to concrete in the mould. When the roller rotate at a high speed, the concrete in the mould will spread in the inner wall of the pipe mould and form a cement pipe with the centrifugal force, and when the mould with the inner concrete pass on the roller, the concrete between the mould and the roller will be compacted solid to form a pipe.

1 Short production Cycle: because of the good effect of the roller to compact the concrete, every pipe just need 3-5 minutes with high speed roller rotation.
2 This pipe machine uses the dry cast material, there will no waste cement mud, then it won't pollute the environment.
3 During the production, the noise is low, it is about 80-90 DB.
4 The concrete pipes are with high pressure load and with high production efficiency.

Product Introduction of Automatic Concrete Feeding Machine For Concrete Pipe
For the consistence feeding of concrete into mold, Automatic Concrete Feeding Machine is the solution. The feeding machine for concrete pipe mainly consists of running gear, feeding system, pneumatic and electric control. The installation of groove rail in the running gear can avoid the blocking of scattered stones. The adoption of chain drive in transmission avoid the slip of the pulley; spiral feeding device can be configured according to user's application of symmetrical operation. In order to realize the distant wireless remote control, the wireless remote controller is installed so that reduce the working strength and promote production efficiency in pipe production line.
